Resonant Soup School
Resonant Soup School is more than an online cooking course, it’s a living pathway to reconnect with your natural intelligence in the age of AI.
Through the simple, timeless practice of making soup, Rasa offers tools for harmonizing technology with nature, helping you bring balance, joy, and purpose back into your daily life.
In this school, you’ll learn not only how to create nourishing meals but also how to strengthen your connection to the five pillars of Natural Intelligence: your body, the living world of plants and animals, the earth elements, other humans, and the cosmos. Along the way, you’ll cultivate resilience, clarity, and creativity that extend far beyond the kitchen and transform how you live, love, and thrive in times of change.
Souportive Perspectives:

Rasa’s Resonant Soup School
“To feel resonance is to rediscover life”
Soup Making and the Flowering of Natural Intelligence in the Age of AI
Welcome & Vision
Welcome to Resonant SOUP School, a program decades in the making.
In my early career in the tech world, I achieved more than I imagined, but the higher I climbed, the emptier I felt. Success left me lonely, disconnected, and searching for meaning. In 2006, I chose a new path, exploring music, yoga, meditation, cooking, and time in nature. Slowly, I discovered the power of resonance, the feeling of harmony and connection that brings us fully alive.
During this time, technology was accelerating rapidly, leaving many overwhelmed. To ground myself, I began chopping vegetables and slow-cooking soup as a way to reconnect with people and the natural world. What started as a personal ritual grew into Big Little Bowl, a soup company that served thousands at Berkeley farmers’ markets. Those conversations revealed a common struggle: how to stay human in a world defined by speed and technology.
Through soup, music, and mindfulness, I developed Rasa’s Recipe for Resonance, a simple, achievable system for restoring harmony in everyday life. Alongside my work leading mindfulness retreats, sound healing gatherings, and singer-songwriter performances, I have mentored individuals seeking belonging, health, and transformation. As more people began searching for resonance and natural intelligence, I realized it was time to expand these teachings into a shared journey.
SOUP School is that offering: a program to help you rediscover connection with yourself, your community, nature, and even technology — one resonant practice at a time.
Who This Is For?
Resonant SOUP School is for people who sense that the world is moving at a pace that their bodies, hearts, and spirits can’t seem to keep up with. It’s for those who are tired of feeling drained by constant noise, pressure, and technological overwhelm — and who long for a simpler, more resonant way of living.
It is for:
Seekers who know there must be more to life than endless striving and achievement.
Creators and healers who want to root their gifts in deeper presence and authenticity.
Leaders and professionals who feel successful on the outside but quietly disconnected or empty within.
Everyday humans who simply crave joy, belonging, and the feeling of being at home in their own skin.
You don’t need to be a chef, musician, or spiritual practitioner to join this program. All you need is curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and a desire to live with more connection, to yourself, to others, to the natural world, and even to the technologies that surround us.

Rasa’s Approach & Philosophy
At the heart of SOUP School is a simple belief: resonance is our birthright.
My approach combines ancient technologies like soup-making, music, mindfulness, and nature connection with the reality of our modern technological age. I do not believe technology itself is the enemy; it is our relationship with it that matters.
Soup-making nourishes body and spirit.
Sound and music reveal the universe’s vibrational language.
Mindfulness and nature restore rhythm and balance.
Technology, when navigated consciously, can amplify our connection instead of undermining it.
My role is not to hand you answers, but to guide you back to the resonance already within you.
