Ways to Experience the Work
Live Music Gatherings
These are not typical concerts.
They are small, seated gatherings where original songs, silence, and simple storytelling create coherence in the room. You are free to arrive quietly, sit where you like, and simply listen.
There is no expectation to interact with strangers or participate beyond what feels natural.
The music works at the level of tone, pacing, and resonance.
Half‑Day & Daylong Retreats
Retreats are slow, grounded containers that include music, soup, tea, rest, and time outdoors.
Attention is given to transitions, consent, and orientation so participants do not have to manage social uncertainty or sensory overload.
Optional group sounding and gentle vocal toning are introduced as ways to feel resonance directly in the body, supported by silence and listening.
These retreats support people navigating burnout, transition, recovery, or the lived impact of rapid social and technological change.
